Fall....

I love fall, everything about it. Weather, colors, food, sweaters, boots, leaves, pumpkins, chili, EVERYTHING!!
I have been canning salsa the last few weeks, its the first time I have done it all by myself. Have to say, I am pretty impressed with my salsa making skills!

Why am I more productive when Ryan isn't around?

This morning Ryan left for his annual Lagoon Electricians camping trip. I hate when he goes away! Today, I decided to be very productive, and so far have managed to do just that! I made blueberry pancakes, which I might add they were VERY VERY delicious, cleaned the kitchen and dining room/computer area, and went through old bills and mail, (that is my least favorite chore) and got a few recipes for strawberry muffins and blueberry banana bread that I am gonna start in a few minutes. We have been doing a vegetable and fruit co-op for some time now, and somethimes I am a slacker and let some of the food go bad! I am determined this time to not let that happen!
This is just the beginning of many things I have planned for this week! Ryan will be very very surprised to come home on Friday and see everything I have done! It may make him want to leave more often, hhmmm, maybe I should slow down! Have a fun week everyone, catch up with ya all later!

What has happened since my last post............... The sun came out and we have been able to enjoy going outside where it's warm! Woohoo.... We got together for Brock and Braxton's birthday and played bball and jumped on the trampoline! Kade has the best cousins in the world! They are all so patient with him, letting him take turns jumping and shooting hoops!

Ryan turned 35! Happy Birthday Ryan! Kade and I hope to celebrate many more Birthday's with you, but only yours and Kade's, cause I am not havin any more!
